Terms and Conditions of our Services
Technical • In all our WEB modules, the training for each module contracted is scheduled by appointment, which can be via phone, remote, or in-person at our offices.
• In all our WEB modules, the source code is the property of SVT, which cannot be altered or modified by any of our clients.
• In all our WEB modules, the software will be installed only on SVT servers, to which our clients will not have any access to their WEB Hosting and Cpanel.

Payments • All our prices are in US Dollars.
• All our WEB modules in monthly rental mode require a minimum of 3 months of service contracted in a single payment.
• All our WEB modules in rental mode will be paid in a single payment.
• All our WEB modules in rental mode must be paid before the Service Expiration date, which will be communicated via email days before the Cut-off Date; otherwise, the Service will be terminated.
• All our WEB modules generate late payment charges of 15% additional to the total payment, and it is necessary to cover the Total Payment + Charges for the reactivation of your service.
• All our WEB modules in rental mode, if your service has been suspended and the corresponding payment has not been made after 20 days, your account will be suspended. If you wish to activate the Service, a new Service contract will be required.
• For the WEB Page in rental mode, if you acquire the domain with us, the domain registration will be in the name of Soft Vision Tech, which can be registered in your name at any time by paying the corresponding domain cost based on your contracted package.

Modifications to the Terms and Conditions: In relation to the above, SVT (Soft Vision Tech) reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, an action that will be published through the website: http://softvisiontech.com and will be accessible to anyone interested. In any case, SVT (Soft Vision Tech) recommends that you review this document every 6 months to be aware of any changes, modifications, or updates made to it.
